FR : Job est un homme riche et heureux qui est mis à l’épreuve lorsqu’il perd tout ce qu’il possède. Dans le cadre du Festival International de Théâtre Médiéval, deux versions de son histoire seront présentées: un poème anglais accompagné de jonglage et d’acrobaties sera suivi d’une lecture théâtrale d’une vie islamique de Job (traduite en anglais).

DE: Hiob ist ein reicher und glücklicher Mann, der auf die Prüfung gestellt wird, als er alles verliert, was er hat. Als Teil des Festivals für mittelalterliches Theater werden zwei Versionen aufgeführt: Zum Einen ein englisches Gedicht begleitet von Jonglage und Akrobatik, zum Anderen eine szenische Lesung über ein muslimisches Leben Hiobs (ins Englische übersetzt).

EN: Job is a rich and happy man, who is tested when he loses everything he has. As part of the International Medieval Theatre Festival, two versions of his story will be performed: an English narrative poem featuring plenty of juggling and acrobatic action will be followed by a staged reading of an Islamic Life of Job (translated into English).
